Chocolate Fro-Yo Bites
It is important that athletes of all ages find creative ways to stay healthy and hydrated, especially during league season or tournament weekends. Check out our recipe of the day for a healthy alternative to snack food:
Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites:
3/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 scoop (38g) chocolate protein powder
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
1 tbsp almond milk (optional)
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (use half to mix in and other half to coat on top)
Mix together, and then get a baking sheet and line parchment paper. Pour 1 tbsp and try to keep separated. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
