Fro-Yo Blueberries
t is important that athletes of all ages find creative ways to stay healthy and hydrated, especially during league season or tournament weekends. Check out our recipe of the day for a healthy alternative to snack food:
Fro-Yo Blueberries:
Wash and dry blueberries
Get 1/2 cup of yogurt (vanilla is recommended)
Mix protein powder in the yogurt (optional)
Use a toothpick to submerge each blueberry into the yogurt
Place each blueberry on a parchment paper lined plate
Freeze for 1-2 hours
Enjoy!
