Healthy Snack: Mixed Berry Fro-Yo Bites

It is important that athletes of all ages find creative ways to stay healthy and hydrated, especially during league season or tournament weekends. Check out our recipe of the day for a healthy alternative to snack food:

 
  • Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites:

  • 3 separate berries (blueberries, blackberries and raspberries are recommended)

  • 1/2 cup of berry 1

  • 1/2 cup of berry 2

  • 1/2 cup of berry 3

  • 1 cup of yogurt

  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey (optional)

  • 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional)

  • Blend, and then get a baking sheet and line parchment paper. Pour 1 tbsp and try to keep separated. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
