Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 cup strawberry

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup of orange juice

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla kefir (optional)

  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • Blend
