Strawberry Fro-Yo Bites
It is important that athletes of all ages find creative ways to stay healthy and hydrated, especially during league season or tournament weekends. Check out our recipe of the day for a healthy alternative to snack food:
Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites:
1.5 cups of strawberry
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional)
Blend, and then get a baking sheet and line parchment paper. Pour 1 tbsp and try to keep separated. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
